Processing & Fulfillment
All of our products are custom made once your order is placed. Please allow 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships.

Shipping Times
After your order is fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

• U.S. orders: 3–5 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages). We’ll do our best to make it right.
